1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of The Homeo Healer ("we," "us," "our," or "Service"), operated by Dr. Farheen Akhtar (BHMS), you ("Patient," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Service

The Homeo Healer provides professional online homeopathic consultation services through video conferencing platforms. Dr. Farheen Akhtar is a qualified medical practitioner holding a Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree with real-life hospital practice experience. Our services include:

• Professional homeopathic medical consultations via Google Meet
• First-time and follow-up consultations with proper medical supervision
• Medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Prescription of homeopathic medications for health-related issues
• Appointment scheduling and management
• Digital communication regarding appointments and treatment

Important: Dr. Farheen Akhtar provides proper medical supervision and prescribes homeopathic medications to address and treat health-related issues. However, our online consultation services are not intended for medical emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately or visit the nearest hospital.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Have a stable internet connection and access to video conferencing technology
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy

4. Appointment Booking

4.1 Booking Process: Appointments can be booked through our website by providing required information and selecting an available time slot.

4.2 Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. We accept payments through Razorpay payment gateway.

4.3 Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with meeting details.

4.4 Grace Period Policy: Once a patient books an appointment and completes payment, they are granted a 3-day grace period from the date of payment. During this grace period (Days 1-3), patients can request to schedule or reschedule their consultation meeting at no additional charge. From the 4th day onwards, any request to schedule or reschedule a consultation will be subject to additional charges as per the current consultation fee structure.

4.5 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate personal and health information. Incorrect information may affect the quality of consultation.

5. Consultation Services

5.1 Consultation Duration: Standard consultations are scheduled for 30 minutes. Actual consultation duration may vary based on individual needs.

5.2 Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have:

• Adequate internet bandwidth for video calls
• Compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
• Working camera and microphone
• Access to Google Meet platform

5.3 Punctuality: Please join the meeting on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time.

5.4 Professional Conduct: Both parties agree to maintain professional and respectful conduct during consultations.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets.

6.2 Pricing: Consultation fees are displayed at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change, but you will be charged the price displayed at the time of your booking.

6.3 Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

6.4 Payment Security: All payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your complete payment card information.

8. Medical Disclaimer

8.1 Not Emergency Care: Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. In case of a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately or visit the nearest hospital.

8.2 Medical Practice: Dr. Farheen Akhtar (BHMS) is a qualified medical practitioner with hospital practice experience. Consultations involve proper medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Homeopathic medications are prescribed based on professional medical judgment to address and treat health-related issues.

8.3 Treatment Outcomes: While Dr. Farheen Akhtar provides professional medical supervision and treatment, individual responses to homeopathic treatment may vary from person to person based on various factors including the nature of the condition, patient compliance, and individual constitution.

8.4 Professional Judgment: All treatment recommendations, including medication prescriptions, are based on professional medical judgment, clinical assessment, and homeopathic principles. Follow-up consultations may be recommended to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed. In some cases, additional medical evaluation or referral to other specialists may be advised.

9. Intellectual Property
